Open For Business

We wanted to take the time to update all of our guests and inform them of our immediate plans, with the new executive orders being put in place by Governor Hogan. At this time we will remain open as an “essential business” and provide carryout services and drive thru services.

We encourage all of our guests to place their orders through the CFA App, now that we have started doing “Mobile Curbside”. With the new mobile curbside you simply place an order on the mobile app. Once you are here, you pull into one of our 6 spaces marked “Mobile Curbside”, and type in the number of the spot you are in. We will bring the food right to your car, without you even having to get out! This is a good way for us to not only limit as much human to human contact as possible, but also allows us to be more efficient and get the orders out faster. If you prefer you can also choose “mobile drive thru”, where you can wait in the drive thru line for your order, or “mobile carryout”, where you can place your order and come in the restaurant and pick it up.

We also want to remind our guests we are still serving fish through Saturday April 11th. We have a fish sandwich, and a fish deluxe sandwich (Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese). We also serve a 2-count and 3-count fish if you prefer just the fish and not a sandwich.

We are now offering lunch delivery for food and meals and not just for catering orders , on Monday-Friday, 11-3. The minimum food order is $75.00 for all deliveries. There is no delivery fee. To place a delivery order, please call the restaurant and ask for Ryan or Emily.

We thank all of our loyal guests, for being the best guests, and for helping us get through these unconventional and unique times. We are all in this together as a community, and ask for your help during these times, while we pledge to help our community however we can.

February, A Month Of Giving

The month of February is important to us at Chick-fil-A, especially all of the stores in our Baltimore market. There are many different causes and organizations that individual stores participate in and donate to throughout the year. As a market there are certain causes that we work together to contribute towards, annually.

In the month of February, we are selling 6-count packs of cookies to help support the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. For every 6-count pack of cookies sold we are donating $1.00 to the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. There is also a DOC (Digital Offer Card) taped onto every pack of cookies. The card can be redeemed for a free sandwich or 8-ct nuggets. Come enjoy some delicious cookies, while donating towards a great cause at the same time!

Welcome To Our Blog

Welcome to the new home of the Chick-fil-A Reisterstown blog. We wanted to take this opportunity to explain the ideas behind our blog, and how we intend to use it to connect further with our guests.

At Chick-fil-A, our guests are not just numbers, they are real people, with names, and lives just like the rest of us. We don’t want our guests to just stop in, order food, and leave. We want to interact and build relationships with our guests, whether it’s while you are in our restaurant or not. This blog is just one way we are aiming to reach and connect with our guests when you are not in our restaurant.

This blog will hopefully serve many purposes that are beneficial to our guests. We want to use this blog to alert you of when we have changes on our menu; whether it be a seasonal change, or a menu item that is being added or deleted. When guests are unaware of a menu change, and crave a specific menu item that is no longer available, we know this can make the experience frustrating. Hopefully allowing guests to have another way to know when our menu items change, will help alleviate that frustration.

Another use for this blog will be to alert our guests of events or promotions we are running, which we hold to support and be a part of our community. Whether its our Summer Bash or Fall Festival, or any other smaller events we run from time to time, we want to be able to get your input on what went well, and what we can work on for future events.

We will be posting blogs based on events, promotions, and other happenings in the Chick-fil-A world. At the very minimum we are going to post one blog a month, but we will plan to post more blogs during the months where there are more events!

Thank you for checking out what is hopefully the first of many blogs. We look forward to connecting with our guests, and to continue to make our restaurant the best it can be for both our guests and team members!
